Carlos Valdes is a Colombian-American actor and singer. He is best known for his role as Cisco Ramon (aka Vibe) on The CW television series The Flash and other Arrowverse-related projects, including Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, and Supergirl.
In 2022, Valdes had a recurring role in the political thriller TV mini-series, Gaslit, alongside Julia Roberts, Sean Penn, and Dan Stevens. In 2023, he starred alongside Mae Whitman on Hulu’s musical romantic comedy series Up Here.
He has also provided the voice for Matteo, the theologian of the Constellation faction in Bethesda’s highly successful action role-play video game Starfield.
