Go is a two-player abstract strategy board game where players alternate placing black and white stones on a grid, aiming to surround and capture territory. The goal is to control a larger area of the board by forming connected groups of stones and surrounding empty spaces. Stones are placed on the intersections of the grid lines, and once placed, they cannot be moved but can be captured if surrounded by the opponent’s stones.
