Biography
Canadian actress Lexa Doig is best known for playing the title role in the television series Andromeda, Talia al Ghul on Arrow, and the lead female role of Rowan in the science fiction-action horror film Jason X (2001).
One of her first roles was that of the hacker Cowgirl on the two TekWar television films and the short-lived series. Since then, she has appeared in several genre TV projects, including Earth: Final Conflict, The 4400, Stargate SG-1, Eureka, Supernatural, V, and Smallville. In 2012, she landed the main role of Sonya Valentine on the Showcase science fiction series, Continuum. In 2017, she played the lead role of Hollywood producer DeAnn Anderson on the E! series The Arrangement. As of 2019, she played the recurring role of Paige Lassiter on the romantic drama, Virgin River.
Since 2015, she has portrayed local newspaper reporter Sally Allison, in 16 Aurora Teagarden Mysteries television films on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel, based on the crime novels by Charlaine Harris. Most recently, she played Aunt Bree Wheeler on the Syfy/USA Network horror TV series, Chucky.
