Biography
Golden Globe, SAG, and Emmy nominee Christina Ricci is one of Hollywood's most respected actors. She is best known for her role as Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family (1991), Addams Family Values (1993), Misty Quigley in the Emmy Award nominated series Yellowjackets and in the Netflix mega-hit Wednesday as Marilyn Thornhill.
Christina Ricci made her film debut in the family comedy Mermaids (1990) alongside Cher and Winona
Ryder. She also appeared in Casper (1995), Ang Lee’s The Ice Storm (1997), Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998), Tim Burton’s Sleepy Hollow (1999), Speed Racer (2008), The Matrix Resurrections (2021), and the multiple award-winning Patty Jenkins film Monster (2003). She has also provided her voice in features like The Smurfs 2 (2013) and Teen Titans: The Judas Contract (2017).
On television, she starred in the acclaimed 2011 series Pan Am, alongside Margot Robbie and Karine Vanasse. In 2014, Ricci portrayed the title character in Lizzie Borden Took an Ax, a speculative television film that was so successful it led to limited series The Lizzie Borden Chronicles, which presents a fictionalized account of Borden's life after the trial.
On January 31, 2023, in partnership with DC and Warner Bros., Spotify released the seven-part audio series Harley Quinn and The Joker: Sound Mind, starring Christina Ricci and Billy Magnussen as the respective Gotham City villains.
